Returns and Claim management

FIP staff is on hand to offer after-sales services for the technical analysis of its products. Before returning a product, please fill out the form below in full. We will then issue a Return Authorization Number (ARM). The data requested is necessary in order to identify the precise products in question and the cause of the problem, and to safeguard our personnel when handling and analysing any articles received in case of hazardous fluids conveyed.

FIP will not accept returns of technical materials that have been treated/altered or that have been stored/used improperly. For returns relating to commercial and/or logistical issues, please contact our commercial and logistical support
